Describe a personal possession that is valuable to you.
You should say:
What it is
How long you had owned it.
How you use it
And explain why it is so significant for you.

Sample notes on topic:
What it is - my gold wedding ring
How long you have owned it - since marriage two years ago
How you use it - ring finger on my left hand
and explain why it is so significant for you - symbolises continuing love and respect for each other.
